Leman Hotel and Apartments has a circularity plan drafted in accordance with the requirements of Law 3/2022 of June 15, on urgent measures for the sustainability and circularity of tourism in the Balearic Islands.

The circularity plan includes the objectives and actions related to sustainability and circularity that we propose for the coming years.

In its commitment to the environment and compliance with Law 3/2022 of June 15, the hotel carries out, among others, the following measures:

Installation of photovoltaic panels

Use of sustainable ECOLAB detergents

The air conditioning is turned off if the room window is open

Use of aerators on faucets

Use of low-energy lighting

Cisterns with a double flush system

Progressive increase in Km 0 food

Waste separation (recycling)

Raising awareness among guests through signage for the responsible and sustainable use of facilities

Reduced frequency of towel change

Native plants that require less watering

Annual review of the circularity plan to include all possible improvements

Elimination of single-use plastics

Encouraging guests to use the room cleaning service rationally to reduce its frequency

Adjustment of temperatures (cold/heat) to regulations

Resilience Facility - NextGeneration

Since 2025, all rooms at Hotel Leman have been equipped with bed lifting mechanisms. These mechanisms facilitate the handling of bed linen and reduce the risk of injuries to employees.

Hotel Leman, as part of the Project funded by the European Union through the Recovery and Resilience Facility - NextGeneration EU, has received financial support for the modernization and innovation of hygiene and cleaning in tourist accommodation establishments, intended for the purchase of bed lifting mechanisms.
