Which rooms have twin beds?

The rooms that offer twin/split bed options are Twin Room, Suite, Lateral Sea View and Apartment 1 room.
When booking a room, select the right room type and do not hesitate to make your preference known in the "special request" section (that pops up right before you confirm the booking).


Do the rooms have kitchens?

Our rooms are not equipped with a kitchen area.


Do the rooms have fridge or minibar?

The rooms have a minibar, which is empty and can be refilled on request (for a fee).


Do the rooms have balcony or terrace?

All of our rooms have a balcony.


Is smoking allowed in the rooms?

In room smoking is not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted in our accommodation balconies.

Our restaurant is able to accommodate the following dietary requirements

Available upon request (let us know at check-in): Halal & vegan.

What’s the breakfast time?

Breakfast is served daily from 08:00 to 10:30. The breakfast is served in Buffet restaurant.
We cannot serve breakfast in room.


How much is the breskfast?

Breakfast is open to guests and visitors:
• Price per adult: 12 EUR
• Price for kids (under 11): 6 EUR

If you are not a guest, you’re welcome to join us too. Just let the staff know upon arrival and enjoy the buffet !

What’s the gym schedule?

Our gym is open daily from 07:00 to 20:00.
The gym is equipped with Exercise bike, Treadmill, Elliptical bike and Rowing Machines.


Does the hotel have a garage?

We have a large bicycle garage with capacity up to 105 bikes. The garage is provided with lockers and workbench with tools and each bicycle has a numbered space with a lock.

Children are welcome. Children up to 1 years old can stay with their parents for free.
Kids price applies for children: between 2 and 11 years old (50% of adult price).
Adult rate applies from 12 years old.
Our prices for adults and kids vary based on seasonality. Please request a price simulation to see the best price available for your dates.

We don't offer a kids club.

We are sorry, we don't have a parking lot. Most of our guests park on the street. It is free 24/7.

Given the hotel's proximity to the airport, the best way to get there is by cab or bus. However, if you would like a transfer, we can arrange one for you.

When is the front dedsk open?

The front desk is open 24/7.


When can we do the check in?

You are welcome to check-in after 14:00. If you booked directly with us, early check-in is possible starting from 12:00 (under availability).
If you booked via a third party, early check-in is at an extra cost of 20 EUR per room


When you can do the check out?

Regular check-out is until 12:00. It is possible to request a late check-out until 18:00.
The price is 40 EUR per room.


Does the hotel have luggage storage?

Secure luggage storage is available for all our guests for free after check-out and maximum until 22:00 h.


Is there a beach near the hotel?

We are located 100 M away from the beach. The beach is public and is not secured by lifeguards .
The main available services: sun loungers, umbrellas, bar, restaurant, beach towels & activities for kids.

What is the cancellation policy?

Flexible reservations are fully refundable with a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to check-in date. Other kinds of reservations are not refundable.


When is the payment made?

Depending on the rate you select, payment will either be upon reservation or check-in. At check-in, you will need a valid credit card and an ID.
